Our recommended taxis are waiting in the line just outside the Arrivals terminal. You can pay in these taxis both in cash and by payment card.
Before getting into a taxi, make sure it is an official Vilnius Airport taxi. They can be identified by the information stickers inside the vehicle showing the approved tariffs.
If you were charged higher than the approved fare, please send us the payment receipt issued by the taxi driver by completing the form. In order for us to investigate, we require the following information:
- a printed or handwritten receipt issued by the taxi operator showing the taxi vehicle registration number;
- the exact time of the trip and the destination address;
- a photo clearly showing the taxi vehicle registration number.
BOLT zone
A designated Bolt passenger pick-up point is available at Vilnius Airport. Passengers can easily find their vehicle — the pick-up area is located next to the intercity bus stops. There are 10 parking spaces reserved exclusively for Bolt drivers.
