We provide help to our customers in the Lithuanian, Russian, and English languages. We answer questions about airport services:

  • Inbound and outbound flights;
  • Airport services;
  • Aviation security requirements (for liquids, items prohibited on the aircraft, etc.);
  • Airport partner contacts;
  • Information about items lost at the airport.

We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The cost of a call depends on the rates of the caller’s provider and plan.


Lost & Found 

For baggage that was lost or damaged during travel, please contact the ground handling company servicing the airline. Companies operating at Vilnius Airport:

If you left personal belongings in the airport terminal before or after your flight (e.g., at the aviation security checkpoint), please contact the information center between 08:00 and 20:00 at +37061297706. All found personal items are registered and stored for 6 months.
