LOT Polish Airlines will add four additional weekly scheduled flights between Vilnius and Warsaw from 28 March, following the current 28 weekly flights between the two capitals. Tickets for the existing and additional flights are already on sale on the airline's official website.

“This company is the company with the highest frequency of flights on a single route in the entire network of Lithuanian airports, and after this decision it will only strengthen this position even further. The route between Vilnius and Warsaw is important for both business and holiday travelers. The Polish capital's airport is an important aviation hub with many connecting flights to the rest of the world, and we know that this is a very frequent destination for our travelers. We are pleased that our long-standing cooperation with this legacy airline is yielding excellent results and providing more travel opportunities,” says Tomas Zitikis, Head of Aviation Services, Lithuanian Airports.

The airline operates flights between Vilnius and Warsaw with Embraer aircrafts of several modifications.

LOT Polish Airlines also currently operates a flight between Vilnius Airport and London City (LCY).

It should be recalled that 10 airlines operate scheduled flights at Lithuanian airports, 7 of which are traditional airlines: airBaltic, Scandinavian Airlines SAS, Finnair, Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, Turkish Airlines and LOT Polish Airlines.
