Turkish Airlines increase Vilnius service to 6 flights a week.

Due to strong demand on its Vilnius route, Turkish Airlines, the 3rd largest carrier in Europe, increases its flights between Vilnius and Istanbul today. Effective from the 28th of April, the schedule increases from 3 weekly to 6 weekly flights. The additional three flights operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays using Airbus 319 and Airbus 320 aircrafts, which are configured for two classes; Business and Economy.

"Turkish Airlines’, Lithuania General Manager H. Serkan BINYAR, who travelled with the 1st direct flight from Istanbul to Vilnius today, said : “The increase in our flights from Vilnius is a direct response to strong demand we saw since the start of our service in June 2013. Turkish Airlines has had a strong year in 2013 in Vilnius and now there are three more flights to serve Istanbul. We also serve the most popular destinations in the Middle East, the Far East, Africa and Europe.
