- Please arrive to the VIP Terminal before closing the flight registration, have a valid identity card and other travel documents;
- If the service is paid by the arriving/departing person specified by the customer, the person who orders the VIP service must familiarize the said person with the payment order and service fees;
- If the said arriving/departing person refuses to pay for the VIP services, a natural or legal person who ordered the VIP services is obliged to pay for it;
- Payment for VIP services by bank transfer is possible only if the natural/legal person who ordered the VIP services does not have debts to Vilnius airport;
- Persons who are not classified as very important persons can be served in the VIP Terminal without any government orders. If such orders are available, the employees of the Vilnius Airport VIP Terminal reserve the right to cancel your service by giving a prior notice. If you have paid the pre-invoice by bank transfer, your money will be refunded to your account.
- Lithuanian Airports Privacy policy. By ordering VIP services through e-mail, the client submits his/her private data, which will be protected under the recommendations of the State Data Protection Inspectorate or other recommended practices. By sending his/her private data to SE Lithuanian Airports, the sender is responsible for the safe transmission of the private data.
