• If you wish to order the VIP terminal service less than 24 hours before your flight or during terminal closing hours, additional fees will apply, which we kindly ask you to inquire about separately.
• The VIP Terminal is open from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
• Please arrive no earlier than 90 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
• If the time of your private flight changes due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform the VIP terminal in advance.

  You may travel to or from the aircraft in a personal vehicle registered in the Republic of Lithuania:

• price for the first passenger car – EUR 100; minibus – EUR 110;
• second and subsequent passenger cars – EUR 23 each; minibuses – EUR 33 each.
  
  From January 1, 2022, following changes to the rules for entering the airport territory, drivers traveling to the aircraft in a personal vehicle will be issued temporary access permits, for which personal data will be collected. Upon arrival, it is mandatory to have a document proving your identity and a vehicle registration document.
  
  Reserve parking spaces for long-term parking at the VIP terminal:

• In accordance with Paragraph 20¹ of the Description of the Procedure for Flights Carrying Very Important Persons, approved by Resolution No. 1592 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 6 December 2004 (as amended), and approved by Order No. 1R-193 of the Chief Executive Officer of the State Enterprise Lithuanian Airports dated 29 December 2025, the service fee for handling one delegation of very important persons at Vilnius Airport, effective from 1 January 2026, is EUR 282.48 excluding VAT (EUR 341.80 including VAT).
