Passenger information
To get to Vilnius International Airport, you can use public transport (scheduled buses, scheduled taxi (vans), train, taxi) or come by car.
City buses No. 1 and No. 2 provide a service to the airport. The bus fare in Vilnius city is 2 Litas at press kiosks or 2.5 Litas if bought from the driver.
A scheduled taxi is a fast way to come to the airport. The price for a ride is 3 Litas.
A special scheduled train runs from Vilnius Railway Station to the airport. The train fare is 2.5 Litas.
The airport can be reached by the cabs of any of the taxi companies servicing the city. Taxis can be found curbside nearby the Arrivals Terminal.
If you come by car, you can leave it at one of the 6 parking lots. The parking cost is 4-5 Litas per hour and 24-25 Litas per day.
Generally, the beginning of check-in is 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Check-in ends 40-45 minutes before the scheduled departure. The passengers, who do not meet a check-in time, will be denied boarding.
Passengers travelling by plane must carry the following documents:
- documents of travelling,
- passport,
- visa,
- insurance.
